How long does it take to design a system?

All of our systems are designed for your specific location based on certain operational parameters. The design, build and ship time frame will vary depending on the complexity of the system. On average it takes 6 – 8 weeks for a smaller system and from 10-16 weeks for larger systems.

How long does it take to install a system and will my shop be down?

Installation can take from 4-10 days depending on the size of the system and the install crew on the job. This includes training. Traditionally an operational shop will need to be non-operational from mid-day on a Friday until Monday morning.  Accommodations can be made for shops that cannot be down – please consult with our sales team for more details.

How much will it cost?

Will the WTS system work with ALL fabrication equipment?

Yes, our water recycling systems work with all equipment used in the stone, glass and concrete industries. From CNC’s, Bevelers and Batch Plants – we have worked with them all and know what quality of recycled water you need. There are a few pieces of equipment that require a small amount of city/well water, but we will help you understand what to do with the extra water in a closed loop system

Do you provide aftersales support?

WTS provides the very best in customer support, as we understand that water is the backbone of your operation. We pride ourselves on our customer service and have designed our systems so that we can work with your team to troubleshoot problems.  This customer service helps to continue the training cycle as “learning to make your own water” is not difficult just different.

How much training do you provide?

Our teams will complete the installation and train you and your employees, answering any questions during the install and training process. We supply a thorough Operations Manual and Quick Reference User Charts to help guide the customer in proper operations. We encourage customers to call the office with questions after our install team leaves your shop.

Do you install systems outside of the Continental USA?

Yes, we have installed our systems in Hawaii, Alaska, throughout Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, St. Martin,  Australia, and Guatemala.  We continue to see growth in our global market sales.
